Job Description

As an ADAS Project Manager, you will take ownership of cutting-edge projects in the field of advanced driver assistance systems. The project requires strong leadership skills to manage distributed, international teams. You will ensure seamless collaboration across locations, driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within scope. Additionally, you will act as the primary customer interface, ensuring clear communication, alignment on requirements, and proactive management of expectations.

Job Responsibility

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with OEM customers
  • Leading project team meetings internally & on the customer side
  • Project planning & control within the framework of the product development process & customer requirements
  • Responsibility for the preparation and adherence to the budget

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in engineering - preferably electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in project management in the automotive industry, preferably with a software background
  • Experience in ADAS with focus on functional safety (ISO 26262)
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English
  • Very good organizational and communication skills as well as assertiveness
  • Knowledge of business management
  • Trustworthiness, commitment and dedication, initiative, flexibility, ability to work in a team

Nice to have

  • Radar knowledge would be an advantage
  • German would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of software development processes and tools is an advantage
