Adaptive Modeller - 12 month FTC

• Supporting Senior Adaptive Modellers in the continuous improvement and maintenance of a complex Workday Adaptive solution
• Providing technical support for BAU activities
• Maintaining and updating modelling solutions
• Assisting Super Users with data mappings, integrations, and system maintenance
• Performing system health checks
• Facilitating the development of the product roadmap
• Collaborating with the platform architecture team to develop and release end-user requirements
• Providing technical expertise for system enhancements
• Documentation and maintenance of system design and configuration notes

• 2+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive
• 3+ years of experience in Finance & IT
• Good understanding of common financial reports and accounting principles
• Great attention to detail, a well-structured, independent and proactive work ethic in a team environment with little supervision against timelines, deadlines and goals
• Ability and attitude to act agile, feel comfortable within a fast-paced environment, are willing to roll-up your sleeves, learn fast and take responsibility from day one

• Good understanding of the Insurance industry, terminology and associated accounting standards
• Workday Adaptive Platform Certified (need not be currently active)
• Any Workday Financials or Workday Prism certifications or experience
• Certified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or Part Qualified Accountant with industry experience
• Proven track record in complex FP&A System Development and Administration of Adaptive Planning
• Experience in using an EPM tool from an end-user perspective
• Experienced in gathering of requirements and the estimation of effort to deliver those requirements
• Strong service mentality and focus on building solutions to improve experience of stakeholders
• Stakeholder management and relationship building
• Understanding of controls frameworks including documentation
