The City of Somerville is seeking an ADA Coordinator and Investigator to support compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and ensure equitable access to city programs, services, and employment practices. The role involves coordinating ADA accommodations, conducting investigations related to discrimination and accessibility complaints, advising departments on compliance matters, and helping develop inclusive policies and procedures. The position also includes reviewing accommodation requests, maintaining records, facilitating trainings, and collaborating with employees, residents, and community stakeholders to resolve concerns effectively.
