Job Responsibility:
Remediation of PDFs, forms, and multi-page documents for screen reader compatibility, proper tagging, logical reading order, and meaningful alt text
Ensuring document layout, typography, and color contrast meet all ADA and WCAG requirements
Applying accessibility best practices while working within established brand guidelines
Collaborating closely with creative, marketing, and executive leaders to ensure high-quality, compliant deliverables
Documenting remediation steps and providing guidance on accessibility solutions and processes
Requirements:
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), as well as accessibility tools in Canva and Google
Strong understanding of digital and print accessibility requirements, including WCAG and ADA standards
Demonstrated expertise remediating PDFs and other digital documents for accessibility
Ability to maintain brand consistency while ensuring all designs are fully accessible
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Clear and organized documentation skills for accessibility processes and recommendations
