Job Responsibility

  • Engage with existing clients via phone, chat, and email in a professional and consultative manner
  • Manage inbound warm leads and outbound outreach activities with timely follow-up
  • Identify sales opportunities and recommend tailored advertising solutions based on client needs
  • Analyse, optimise, and manage digital marketing campaigns to improve business performance
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and proactively identify optimisation opportunities
  • Support clients in maximising the effectiveness of advertising products and services
  • Escalate complex matters to relevant specialists or support teams when needed
  • Deliver excellent customer experience while achieving sales and performance targets.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native Polish speaker with fluent English skills (minimum B2 level)
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Commercial mindset with strong business acumen
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work towards KPIs and targets
  • Tech-savvy with good IT literacy and interest in digital technologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and adapt quickly
  • Self-driven individual able to work independently and within a team environment.
