Ad Platform Solutions Engineer

• Partner with sales, product, and engineering to understand client needs and translate them into workable technical solutions
• Support onboarding and integrations for publishers, advertisers, and platform partners
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to ad delivery, targeting, measurement, and reporting
• Work with standards and protocols like VAST, VMAP, MRAID, OpenRTB, SCTE, SSAI/CSAI, and related ad serving technologies
• Analyze logs, traffic flows, and delivery patterns to identify problems and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with product teams on new features, system behavior, and integration requirements
• Help clients understand how our ad tech stack fits into their workflow and how to make the most of it
• Create internal documentation, implementation guides, and troubleshooting resources.

• Experience in ad tech, streaming/video platforms, or digital advertising
• Familiarity with ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, CDNs, and measurement vendors
• Working knowledge of ad delivery standards (VAST/VMAP), programmatic protocols (OpenRTB), and common tracking methods (beacons, macros, event pings)
• Ability to break down technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Comfort working cross‑functionally and owning solutions from discovery to delivery
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues in fast‑moving environments
• Bachelor's Degree
• Relevant Work Experience 2-5 Years
