Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Ad Ops Manager who will be a part of a Global Team working primarily across our French and German markets. Reporting into the Senior Ad Ops Manager of EMEA, you will be responsible for delivering successful campaigns for our advertisers across both direct and programmatic buying routes. You will be based in Paris and the role will focus on excellence in campaign management. The Ad Operations Manager will work closely with our Sales, Content and Product teams to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns, podcaster support and troubleshooting from an operational perspective.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day ad operation functions for both direct advertisers and programmatic buyers
  • Inventory forecasting and sell-through rate management for sales representatives
  • Quality assurance and testing of audio campaign creatives
  • Conduct delivery and performance analysis, providing feedback and optimisations to Account Managers for both direct and programmatic buying routes
  • Provide comprehensive delivery reporting
  • Perform thorough quality assurance checks of insertion orders within CRM systems ahead of billing cycles
  • Troubleshooting issues, ensuring fast resolution alongside our Ad Tech teams or programmatic buyers with minimal campaign disruption
  • Contribute towards the maintenance of trafficking and workflow procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Assist with Ad Operations related projects in conjunction with product and development teams

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience working with Ad Servers and managing digital media campaigns
  • Knowledge of broadcast/podcasting would be beneficial
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Programmatic deal creation, execution and familiarity with DSP/SSP’s
  • Organised, high attention to detail and comfortable working closely with data
  • Confident in presenting market updates to Sales leads
  • Adaptable to learning new tools and processes
  • Both independent and collaborative
  • likes working as part of a diverse team and liaising with multiple stakeholders
  • Motivated and enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate excel skills and comfortable with business intelligence tools
  • Fluency in French and English language
