We’re seeking a skilled and ambitious Ad Operations Specialist with 5+ years of experience in programmatic media buying. This role is tailored for a results-driven professional with leadership potential who is eager to advance their career while contributing to Frequence’s innovative advertising solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute and optimize Display, Video, OTT, Streaming Audio and DOOH campaigns across various RTB platforms
  • Monitor and troubleshoot campaign performance across multiple channels to ensure KPIs are consistently met
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Take ownership of process improvements and suggest innovative solutions for operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader advertising and client goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying across platforms such as Madhive, TTD, DV360, Simplifi, and Amazon DSP
  • Strong ability to manage Display, Video, OTT, Streaming Audio, and DOOH campaigns
  • Expertise in campaign monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization to consistently meet KPIs
  • Proficient in tracking and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and conversion tracking pixels
  • Deep understanding of audience targeting, bid strategies, and ad creative testing methodologies
  • Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of and experience with other media buying platforms is a plus: Search Platforms: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Paid Social Platforms: Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Twitter Ads
