Job Description

The Ad Operations Executive plays a key role within the Türkiye Ad Sales and Operations team, supporting the execution of digital advertising campaigns across Disney’s premium portfolio, including Disney+, National Geographic, Marvel, Pixar, Star, and more. This role is responsible for managing the full campaign lifecycle—from pre-sale planning to post-campaign reporting—ensuring operational excellence and top-tier client service. The position requires a strong understanding of the digital media landscape, ad-serving technologies, and campaign management. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams (Sales, Editorial, Technology, Finance) and external partners (clients and agencies) to deliver high-performing campaigns across Disney’s digital platforms. This role will be based in our Istanbul office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide pre-sale guidance and technical requirements for digital advertising opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales to build and revise media plans that align with client objectives and maximize revenue
  • Manage the collection, quality control, and implementation of creative assets to ensure timely and accurate campaign launches
  • Monitor campaign performance, execute creative swaps, and respond to client requests throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Work with Technology, Product, and Editorial teams to troubleshoot and execute campaigns
  • Analyze key performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Ensure full delivery of contracted revenue across assigned campaigns
  • Coordinate with Finance and Accounting to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue tracking
  • Support client retention by delivering exceptional service during all campaign phases
  • Provide benchmarks, case studies, and best practices to Sales and advertisers
  • Continuously expand knowledge of TWDC's digital products and commercial opportunities

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or media agency/vendor environments
  • Experience supporting clients or agencies in a digital advertising context
  • Familiarity with media planning and campaign management
  • Experience with ad-serving systems (Google Ad Manager preferred)
  • Proven ability to launch and manage digital advertising campaigns
  • Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, especially video and display in EMEA
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
  • Confident communicator with a client-first attitude
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in business tools such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, and Zoom
  • Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken
