Provide strategic regional leadership, support and mentorship for the Ad Ops team across North America
Oversee all aspects of the post sales process for our Advertisers and Creators, executing and scaling campaign operations through automation and structured workflows
Liaise with local Sales Leadership across multiple markets on new Ad-Ops related processes, product launches
Project manage ad operations initiatives and act as a main regional point of contact for Product Managers, Engineering and other key stakeholders
Work closely with Finance in managing the end of month billing and reconciliation process
Partner closely with Revenue Ops to prioritize inventory yield and utilization
Provide expert support on all aspects of technical ops
troubleshooting across all delivery channels
Partner closely with the wider Global Ad Ops team to maintain and update training documentation
Requirements:
Minimum of five years of experience in digital advertising including time spent in an Ad Ops leadership or management role
Advanced understanding of all aspects of advertising operations, ad-serving technology, DSPs/SSPs, measurement and attribution technologies
Proven experience providing technical support to high performing digital sales teams
Strong Excel / Sheets skills
Comfortable using business intelligence tools to generate actionable insights and produce in-depth analysis

Knowledge of audio/podcast-specific ad operations processes and technology
