Job Description:

Reporting to the Global Head of Ad Operations, you will be responsible for delivering successful campaigns, focusing on our advertisers in the US market. This is a fully remote position with an ideal location on the West Coast of Canada to allow for seamless collaboration with our Los Angeles-based sales team. The role will focus on excellence in the delivery of our commercial campaigns. The Ad Operations Coordinator will ensure campaigns are set-up on time and correctly, manage campaign optimizations, and generate campaign reports. You will help manage our ad inventory and provide campaign forecasts to our Ad Sales team. You will provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Job Responsibility:

  • Traffic direct sale campaigns in our proprietary ad server
  • Pace all campaigns to delivery in full
  • Provide and approve inventory forecasts to Sales team
  • Create post campaign analysis reports to be shared with advertisers
  • Manage podcaster inventory settings and requests
  • Ensure all campaigns are approved and prepared for billing and podcaster payouts
  • Assist with Programmatic deal set up and reporting

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in ad-tech, publishing, sales or broadcast/podcast beneficial
  • Organized and know how to manage and prioritize your work
  • Like to learn new tools and processes
  • Collaborative and like working as part of a team
  • Intermediate excel skills and comfortable with business intelligence tools
