Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Ad Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering successful audio campaigns for our German advertisers. The Ad Operations Coordinator will be part of our Global Ad Operations team and will work closely with the German sales team to ensure Ad & Sponsorship campaigns are expertly set-up on time and in line with what has been sold. You will provide inventory forecasts and sell-through rate updates to the Sales teams for both Direct and Programmatic deals. Once campaigns are live you will monitor performance, manage optimizations and prepare campaign reporting. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting and queries regarding German campaigns.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage set-up and delivery of Ad & Sponsorship audio campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns go live on time and deliver in full
  • Provide inventory forecasts and STR updates to Sales teams
  • Build programmatic deals and collaborate with agency leads
  • Create post campaign analysis reports to be shared with clients
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues
  • Manage podcast inventory settings and requests
  • Ensure all sales orders are approved in our CRM and prepared for billing and podcaster payouts

Requirements

  • Previous experience in media, ad operations, publishing, sales or broadcast/podcasting is beneficial but not essential - transferable skills will be considered
  • Programmatic knowledge is desirable but not required
  • You’re organized, have high attention to detail and comfortable working closely with data
  • You know how to manage and prioritize tasks
  • You’re adaptable to learning new tools and processes
  • You are both independent and collaborative
  • you like working as part of a team
  • You’re comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders
  • You have intermediate excel skills and comfortable with business intelligence tools
  • Candidates are required to speak fluent German and English language
