Job Responsibility

Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to all learning styles within the classroom
Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment using effective behavior management strategies
Provide 'in-the-moment' feedback to students and accurately assess progress to inform future planning
Work alongside Teaching Assistants and support staff to ensure every child including those with SEN is supported

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Proven track record teaching the UK National Curriculum in KS1 or KS2
An adaptable 'can-do' attitude, especially for daily supply roles
A deep understanding of current safeguarding and 'Keeping Children Safe in Education' (KCSiE) guidelines
