We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organised Receptionist to be available for ad hoc shifts with our nationwide client, specifically at their four sites in Bristol. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. Hours: between 7.30am - 18:30pm - AD hoc shifts all in central Bristol - require flexibility on availability as some shifts can be at short notice.
Job Responsibility
Greet and assist visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
Answer and direct phone calls professionally
Manage the visitor sign-in process and maintain security procedures
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean, organised reception area
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
Communicate effectively with staff across multiple sites
Provide general support to the management team as required.
Requirements
Reception or customer facing experience preferred.
