Job Responsibility

Line Cooks work directly as support to the Culinary Team
Knowledge of any operational policies of the restaurant will include a working knowledge of all equipment in the kitchen that applies to their daily task list
Must have a working knowledge of recipe adherence ex. reading recipes, measurement accuracy, and observance of food item ingredient specs to produce the highest quality food possible
Must have a strong working knowledge of all line recipe execution and service times.
