Driven by data and processes, you will support our sustained growth in the global market. In this role, you will focus on supporting the production, optimization, and delivery processes of ad creatives. You will work closely with the User Acquisition (UA), Creative, and Tech/Product teams to improve overall advertising efficiency and scalability through process optimization and automation. You will act as a key hub connecting Creatives → Delivery → Performance → Systems, helping the team bring high-quality creatives to market faster, more stably, and at scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the preparation and optimization of creatives for major ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.), including adjustments for video, static images, and various aspect ratios
  • Perform basic video and image editing (cropping, remixing, rhythm adjustment, copy tweaking, and format conversion) to ensure assets meet platform specifications and best practices
  • Assist in optimizing creative structure, opening hooks, information hierarchy, and formatting strategies based on performance data (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Tech/Product teams to co-build or optimize internal tools and middleware related to creatives, including asset management, naming conventions, tagging systems, and upload workflows
  • Assist in designing and implementing creative automation workflows, connecting various assets to "ready-to-upload" states or bulk upload systems
  • Proactively identify repetitive or inefficient operational workflows and propose solutions for systematization or automation
  • Serve as the collaborative bridge between UA, Creative, and Tech teams, ensuring creative requirements, limitations, and priorities are accurately understood and executed
  • Support A/B testing and creative variant management, ensuring different versions are correctly produced, tracked, and analyzed for performance
  • Maintain creative version control, file structures, and basic process standards to continuously improve the team’s overall operational efficiency
  • Assist in tracking ad performance at the Creative or Asset Group level, ensuring data correctly corresponds to specific assets
  • Collaborate with tracking/data roles to ensure creative performance is measurable and optimizable
  • Continuously monitor creative specifications, format trends, and automation capabilities across ad platforms, feeding these insights back into internal process optimizations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Ad Support, Creative Ops, Creative Performance, or related fields
  • Ability to perform basic creative editing
  • proficient in common tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Photoshop, Figma, etc.)
  • Understanding of the relationship between ad creatives and performance results
  • ability to view creative optimization through a data-driven lens
  • Familiarity with asset management, naming conventions, version control, and basic data organization (e.g., Spreadsheets, internal tools)
  • Basic understanding of Tracking, Asset IDs, creative-level reporting, and data flow
  • able to communicate smoothly with technical roles
  • Process-oriented mindset: Ability to gradually transform manual operations into scalable system processes
  • Meticulous and Proactive: Strong sense of responsibility
  • able to continuously create structural and long-term value in a support role
  • Communication: Excellent cross-team communication skills, able to clearly articulate requirements, limitations, and priorities
  • Mission-Driven: Aligned with company culture and product vision
  • passionate about advancing company goals with the team
  • Agile Learner: High willingness to learn and curiosity
  • able to quickly absorb new tools, processes, and knowledge, and apply them to practical work
  • Open-Minded: Able to grow and iterate continuously in a fast-paced environment with high uncertainty

Nice to have

  • Experience participating in or leading Creative Ops, Ad Ops, or Growth Ops process design
  • Experience collaborating with Engineering or Product teams to build or optimize asset management systems, automation workflows, or internal tools
  • Practical experience or high interest in automation, systematization, and efficiency improvement (engineering background not required)
  • Familiarity with bulk uploads, asset tagging, Asset ID management, or cross-platform creative workflows
