Job Description

We’re looking for a fully remote Ad Build Specialist to support one of our biggest client accounts. This is an execution-focused role where speed, accuracy, and attention to detail are critical. You’ll gain a deep understanding of how Meta Ads Manager works, including campaign structures and ad settings, and how they impact delivery, spend, and overall performance in the digital ecosystem. We offer a full training program covering the basics, with additional optional sessions on other platforms, concepts, and skills related to digital marketing.

Job Responsibility

  • Build digital ads to specification across Meta and other advertising platforms
  • Execute high-volume ad creation requests with speed and accuracy
  • Follow established naming conventions, campaign structures, and platform requirements
  • Conduct quality assurance checks before launch
  • Participate in training programs, including ad-platform-level training
  • Collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines and support campaign launches
