Job Description

We are seeking Account Management professionals who will act as the vital link between internal Brand Teams and their external creative agencies. You will be responsible for driving marketing strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and navigating the complexities of the modern healthcare landscape.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the primary liaison between internal commercial stakeholders and agency partners to ensure brand objectives are translated into actionable, high-impact creative briefs
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital platforms, HCP-facing materials, and patient-centric content
  • Lead the submission and tracking of promotional materials through the Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) review process
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking to ensure all deliverables meet high standards for quality, punctuality, and financial accuracy
  • Facilitate alignment between cross-functional teams-including Marketing, Managed Care, and HR-to ensure a unified and compliant brand voice across all channels

Requirements

  • 2-10+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Brand Management
  • Mandatory experience in a highly regulated environment (Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, or Medical Device)
  • Proven familiarity with Veeva Vault (PromoMats) or similar MLR/MRP submission platforms is highly preferred
  • Professional experience working within or managing a Creative, Digital, or Advertising Agency
  • Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
