Campaign Management: Build, launch and optimise campaigns on at least one major platform (Google, Microsoft, Meta or LinkedIn)
Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CPL, CTR) and diagnose performance swings with data‑driven fixes
Reporting & Insights: Produce white‑label weekly/monthly reports in Optmyzr and translate data into clear recommendations
Client Collaboration: Join partner‑agency calls, capture objectives, set expectations and explain optimisation decisions
Continuous Learning: Stay current on platform updates, new betas and industry trends
share learnings with the wider team
Requirements:
2–3 years of hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads (one platform in depth or multi‑platform breadth)
Comfort with keyword/audience research, conversion‑tracking setup and bulk tools/editors
Strong analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets
ability to turn data into concise recommendations
Clear written and spoken English for client communication and documentation
Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or a similar role
Google Ads Certification, Microsoft Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification
Experience with SaaS products related to digital marketing
