Job Responsibility:

Build, manage, and grow a team of account managers
Oversee client advertising accounts, ensuring performance targets are met and exceeded
Mentor team members, providing ongoing training and support to enhance their skills
Ensure high client satisfaction by consistently delivering strategic insights and excellent service
Develop and maintain effective account management processes and best practices
Collaborate with internal teams, including product and engineering, to provide feedback and improve service offerings
Prepare and deliver performance reports, client insights, and recommendations regularly

Requirements:

Proven experience (7+ years) managing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads
At least 2 years of experience managing and leading a team of account managers or digital marketing specialists
Strong understanding of PPC campaign management, optimization techniques, and analytics
Demonstrated experience working with clients from Western markets (North America, Europe)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement effective account management strategies
Proficient with reporting and analytics tools relevant to digital advertising
Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or a similar services role
Google Ads Certification, Microsoft Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification
Experience with SaaS products related to digital marketing
