Job Responsibility

  • Work closely with sales (hybrid team) to develop strong, compliant and sustainable strategies and programs based on a deep understanding of patient journey aligned with market trends/behaviors, thereby achieving the objectives for peritoneal products and services in the country aligned with regional directions
  • Identifies KPI’s to track and quantify business impact of marketing strategies
  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
  • Present and sell Acute Therapy products to current and potential clients
  • Develop and maintain sales material and current product knowledge
  • Communicate and collaborate with the Supervisor / Manager on goals
  • Foster strong relationship with doctors, nurses and key persons to encourage and promote the use of our products
  • Build close ties with the decision-makers of hospitals / centers to ensure a continue usage of our products
  • Service existing clients and expands territory by creating new accounts
  • Achieve and hit (if possible exceeding) monthly, quarterly and annual target
  • Identify and resolve client concerns
  • Prepare variety of status report (itinerary, Monthly Activity Report, Census Report)
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, conventions
  • Follow-up for collection of payment
  • Develop and maintain territory coverage plan, routine coverage of key assigned accounts
  • Monitor competitor activity and competitors’ products
  • Conduct and arrange product presentations and machines demonstration to target accounts
  • Facilitate initiation of treatment (CRRT) for new accounts with machine placement or machine rental

Requirements

  • Preferably a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or other medical courses
  • Good communication presentation and selling skills
  • A work history with prior sales experience
  • Aligned with FME's global values
