Lead and inspire the wellbeing team to deliver meaningful, person-centered programs that enrich the lives of residents and support their emotional, social, and cognitive wellbeing.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team of Activity/Wellbeing Coordinators
  • Design, implement, and evaluate engaging programs and activities tailored to residents
  • Build a warm, inclusive, and creative team culture
  • Work collaboratively with nursing, care, allied health, and support teams
  • Monitor wellbeing outcomes and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure all activities align with aged care standards, policies, and regulations

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Leisure & Health is desirable
  • Proven experience leading and motivating a team
  • Strong understanding of person-centred care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated capability in developing and delivering creative, meaningful wellbeing programs
  • Knowledge of aged care standards, regulatory requirements, and best practice
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination
  • Police Check
  • Australian working rights (unrestricted)
