Lead and inspire the wellbeing team to deliver meaningful, person-centered programs that enrich the lives of residents and support their emotional, social, and cognitive wellbeing.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team of Activity/Wellbeing Coordinators
Design, implement, and evaluate engaging programs and activities tailored to residents
Build a warm, inclusive, and creative team culture
Work collaboratively with nursing, care, allied health, and support teams
Monitor wellbeing outcomes and drive continuous improvement
Ensure all activities align with aged care standards, policies, and regulations
Requirements:
Certificate IV in Leisure & Health is desirable
Proven experience leading and motivating a team
Strong understanding of person-centred care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated capability in developing and delivering creative, meaningful wellbeing programs
Knowledge of aged care standards, regulatory requirements, and best practice
Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination
Police Check
Australian working rights (unrestricted)
