Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Working at Afterschool Club delivering engaging and fun activities to the children in our care
Lead in all aspects of club, including the delivery of activities, during high-tea and at transitioning times
Be an excellent role model and meet the standards expected to deliver our high-quality childcare

Requirements:

Ensure children are happy and engaged in their activities
Ensure the safety and well-being of the children
Build effective relationships with children and your colleagues
Lead a range of activities for children of all ages
Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to
Attend regular training and development opportunities
Deputise for the Club Manager when necessary
Lead a range of activities independently, for children of all ages and abilities
Supervise and lead outdoor play
Lead Holding Activities
Manage high tea
Understand Club timings and help to resolve issues
Lead first aid incidents when necessary
Have a strong knowledge of safeguarding and prevent
Plan activities with differentiation
Be secure in the Pioneer Curriculum and our values
Subject to obtaining two positive references and the completion of an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check
Provide evidence of your right to work in the UK
