Job Responsibility

Plan and deliver engaging activities, such as musical sessions, exercise classes, community outings, and themed events
Collaborate with local performers and organisations to arrange enriching experiences for residents
Maintain accurate records, update care plans, and manage schedules effectively
Inspire friendships, creativity, and culture tailored to the diverse interests of residents

Deliver a programme of thoughtfully designed activities and events that promote social interaction and independence for our residents
Assess each resident's individual needs and abilities
Design and lead group and one-to-one activities which enhance quality of life for each resident
Thoughtfully devise/arrange appropriate activities and entertainment/speakers within set budget
Coordinate birthday and special celebrations for all residents
Assess and meet individual residents' needs through leading group activities within and outside the home
Be inclusive, forward thinking, creative and deliver activities and occupations that meet and cater for residents' preferences
Liaise with staff/managers on matters regarding resident care and social needs
Transport residents to external activities, driving the company minibus
Plan and provide exercise/movement to music sessions in the home
