Activity Assistant / Support Worker

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and motivated Activity Assistant / Support Worker to join our team at Sussex House Day Services in Battle. Working under the supervision of the Manager, Deputy Manager and Senior Support Workers, you will support individuals with autism, learning disabilities and physical disabilities to engage in meaningful daytime activities, hobbies and interests. The role focuses on promoting independence, choice and a fulfilling lifestyle through positive support and structured activity programmes.
