Job Description:

The Resource Centre is a lively, busy environment, supporting up to 60 people per day within a variety of activities, including leisure, vocational and citizenship in the community. Health and wellbeing are at the forefront of everything we do and we are looking to recruit people from a diverse range of backgrounds that can support our Trainees to achieve their potential. The Centre is staffed with a highly skilled and qualified team of professionals. We provide support and encourage independence both onsite and within the community to adults with complex needs, including; learning difficulties, autism and behaviors that are challenging.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting up to 60 people per day within a variety of activities including leisure, vocational and citizenship in the community
  • Supporting Trainees to achieve their potential
  • Driving the Centre's minibus
  • Providing support and encouraging independence both onsite and within the community to adults with complex needs including learning difficulties, autism and behaviors that are challenging

Requirements:

  • Full, clean driving license
  • Must be over the age of 18
