Identify and develop new funding opportunities within the Boston and Miami Jewish philanthropic communities, expanding Repair’s base of supporters
Actively solicit gifts through one-on-one meetings, proposals, and strategic engagement opportunities, and build a robust prospect pipeline
Represent Repair the World in meetings, events, and convenings with donors, foundations, and community partners across both cities
Lead efforts to grow and steward local communities of $10,000+ donors, cultivating new members and strengthening a culture of major giving
Serve as the primary staff partner to the Boston and Miami Solel Collective chairs
Over time, support the development and engagement of local Solel Collective committees to expand major giving and deepen donor relationships
