Activities Practitioner

New opportunity not to be missed! We are looking for a Part-Time Activity Practitioner to join our Lifestyle activity team based in Clayton-Le-Woods. In return, we are offering a competitive hourly rate of £14.91 to £15.88 per hour, dependant on qualifications. You will be required to work 15 hours a week and will be required to travel between our services in Clayton Le Woods, Chorley and Leyland plus activity centres to carry out your duties. Dalesview has been established for over 30 years and holds an Investors in People gold award. We provide specialist supported living and residential services for adults with severe learning and physical disabilities.
