Job Responsibility:
Supporting engaging group and one-to-one activities
Helping to organise themed events and celebrations
Booking entertainers and external suppliers
Assisting with community outings (transport & accessibility planning)
Maintaining participation records and reviewing resident needs
Contributing ideas to keep our programme fresh and inspiring
Supporting fundraising events and community involvement
Attending training and team meetings
Requirements:
Experience supporting people living with dementia
Warm, approachable and genuinely care about others
Can motivate and encourage participation
Strong communication and organisational skills
Enjoy working as part of a supportive team
