As a Mountain Activities Attendant, your role is to provide Epic guest service as you guide our guests through amazing alpine adventures such as Mountain Coasters, Snow Tubing, Lift Operations, Surface Lift Operations, and Ticket Scanning. You will interact with guests and fellow employees from all over the world and engage in a variety of different guest service outlets and activities.

Serve Others by operating activities such as Mountain Coaster, Alpine Slide, Adventure Zone, Trampolines, Zip Lines, Ropes Courses or other adventures
Answer questions and help guests navigate the experiences the mountain has to offer
Do Right by engaging with guests, receiving feedback and special requests, providing on the spot resolutions, verifying tickets, and answering ticket related questions
Drive Value by being a positive advocate for Vail Resorts
Do Good by helping keep the mountain clean
Be Inclusive by interacting and guiding guests with varying experience levels and backgrounds
Stay Flexible to do a lot of different things around the mountain
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions for long periods of time
Be able to stand for long periods of time
Be able to repeatedly twist, turn, pull, push, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout each day
Be able to converse clearly and comfortably with a variety of guests of varying backgrounds, ability levels and age groups
Background check required
Have reliable transportation (in varying weather conditions) to and from work
Must be at least 18 years of age
