Job Responsibility

Lead and follow scheduled activities, such as games, exercises, crafts and discussions
Build rapport with participants, encourage involvement, and provide one-on-one companionship
Keep attendance records (PCC software) and monitor participant progress/behavior, reporting any changes to nursing or administrative staff
Collaborating with the community for events and assist in promoting events
Assist with set up and break down of events, holiday decor and parties
Execute daily rehab program with residents, when needed
