Hours/Days are: Every Monday/Wednesday 5-8:30pm and every Sunday 10a-3p (12 hours per week).
Job Responsibility:
Conducting scheduled group activities including set up and take down
Assist in the dining room during meal service and with scheduled snacks
Provide 1:1 for residents that are not group activities participants
Assist with special events and outings during shift
Requirements:
Prior experience in programs for seniors and/or senior services
Experience with seniors and/or seniors with dementia a plus
Ability to interact in a positive, empathetic manner with seniors, their families, referral sources and the community
Valid Driver's License (inferred from application question)
Willing to take a criminal background check
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Experience working in Memory Care (inferred from application question)
Prior experience in developing programs and events for seniors (inferred from application question)
Nice to have:
Experience with seniors and/or seniors with dementia
