Job Description:

Join us for the 2026 season at Travelbound’s amazing Chateau Du Molay in Northern France! Travelbound specialise in offering residential school trips to groups from all over the world! This role will be based at our truly idyllic, 18th Century Chateau, situated in Normandy, France. A season at Chateau Du Molay will give you the opportunity to build on your hospitality skills and make memories which will last a lifetime.

Job Responsibility:

Lead groups through indoor and outdoor activities (disco, karaoke, quiz nights, teambuilding exercises, sensory trails)
Responsible for health and safety of guests during activities
Ensure equipment is maintained and stored away safely
Support with General Assistant duties when activity programme is not running
Housekeeping and cleaning duties in guest bedrooms and communal areas
Serving in the restaurant at mealtimes
Work behind the chateau bar

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children is essential
Conversational English is essential
Must be 18 or over by February 2026
Hold EU documentation (e.g., EU passport, EU Work visa, French residency permit or Carte de Sejour)
Fully available from February 2026 to July 2026 (with chance of extending until October 2026)
Outgoing and vibrant personality
Good attitude and willingness to learn
Outstanding customer service skills
Work well individually in sessions or as part of the team

Nice to have:

Previous experience as an Activity Instructor or similar
Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping
French speaking
