Active Directory Engineer

• Coordinate and manage identity and access management projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed successfully
• Collaborate with global teams to design, build, and deploy services across the Americas zone
• Oversee the overhaul of delegation models for Active Directory, including permissions and access enhancements
• Configure access controls and ensure security improvements within directory services
• Utilize technical knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Entra ID to support project execution and troubleshooting
• Facilitate meetings with various IT stakeholders, driving discussions and documenting outcomes
• Prepare technical documentation and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Leverage ServiceNow for ticketing and tracking project-related tasks
• Conduct research on new technologies to support ongoing and future initiatives
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure clear communication and alignment

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in infrastructure-related roles
• Proficient in Active Directory, including permissions management, GPOs, and PowerShell scripting
• Strong knowledge of Azure Entra ID, including conditional access policies and app configurations
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data manipulation and reporting
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively
• Experience working in large, international organizations with distributed teams
• Proficiency in English is required
