Job Responsibility:
Lead, coach, and energize a team of activation agents to hit (and exceed!) performance goals
Keep the team aligned and informed through engaging team meetings and updates
Train new hires and support ongoing development to help everyone grow and succeed
Partner with leadership to roll out exciting promotions, strategies, and improvements
Drive daily sales and lead generation with a results-focused mindset
Step in to resolve escalated customer concerns with confidence and care
Track performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
Spot opportunities to improve processes and boost team performance
Take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed—no two days are the same!
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required (college coursework is a plus!)
2+ years in a call center or administrative environment
Leadership experience? Even better—we love proven team builders
Natural leader with a passion for motivating others
Strong coaching skills and a drive for results
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent communicator who connects easily with others
Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information
Adaptable, solution-focused, and ready to thrive in a fast-moving environment
must be 18+ years of age
