Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, coach, and energize a team of activation agents to hit (and exceed!) performance goals
  • Keep the team aligned and informed through engaging team meetings and updates
  • Train new hires and support ongoing development to help everyone grow and succeed
  • Partner with leadership to roll out exciting promotions, strategies, and improvements
  • Drive daily sales and lead generation with a results-focused mindset
  • Step in to resolve escalated customer concerns with confidence and care
  • Track performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Spot opportunities to improve processes and boost team performance
  • Take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed—no two days are the same!

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required (college coursework is a plus!)
  • 2+ years in a call center or administrative environment
  • Leadership experience? Even better—we love proven team builders
  • Natural leader with a passion for motivating others
  • Strong coaching skills and a drive for results
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent communicator who connects easily with others
  • Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information
  • Adaptable, solution-focused, and ready to thrive in a fast-moving environment
