Job Description:

We are looking for an Activation & Communication Intern to support the execution of communication strategies and brand activations across multiple channels and countries. This role offers hands-on experience in padel content creation, PR, com tools development and event coordination within an international and fast-paced environment, linked to the sports industry, particularly padel.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the creation and distribution of press releases and PR materials
  • Assist in writing and managing content for the internal blog and corporate communications
  • Support the creation, editing, and updating of website content, ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Upload and manage content across international platforms, ensuring proper formatting and localization
  • Provide support in the organization and execution of events and brand activations
  • Assist in the coordination of photoshoots and video shoots (logistics, materials, on-site support)
  • Collaborate in the development of catalogues and marketing materials
  • Conduct competitor analysis, (brands, positioning, communication strategies)
  • Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and messaging
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners in an international environment

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Good understanding of digital content and communication channels
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in an international environment
  • Hands-on mindset and willingness to learn
