We're looking for an energetic and responsible Action City Supervisor to join our leadership team! The ideal candidate will lead by example, motivate team members, and ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for all guests. Supervisors oversee daily operations, support staff, and handle customer service with a smile, even on the busiest days! We are currently looking for part-time candidates with both weekday and weekend availability. Weekends are the primary time needed along with weekday availability. Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise and support team members to maintain a high standard of customer service
  • Engage with guests to enhance their experience, answer questions, and resolve any issues promptly
  • Oversee daily operations, including attractions, arcade, and food service areas
  • Ensure all safety and cleanliness standards are upheld
  • Assist in training new employees and reinforcing company policies
  • Handle cash and POS transactions as needed
  • Maintain a fun and professional environment for guests and staff
  • Address and resolve any guest concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Report to management on operational needs and staff performance

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership or supervisor experience preferred
