Action City is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly candidate to join our front desk team. Our Action City front desk crew members provide exceptional customer service by selling passes and answering any questions to ensure every guests has an unforgettable experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome and greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Handle transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Effectively sell each guest the pass that fits them the best
  • Answer any questions about passes, tickets, or memberships
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of any current deals or promotions
  • Complete opening and closing lists to maintain a clean, organized, and stocked front desk/redemption area

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to interact with people of all ages
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Thursday-Sunday availability
