As part of Adept Care Homes, a family-run, Midlands-based group providing high-quality residential and dementia care, you’ll join our friendly team at Bowood Court, a welcoming 59-bed home in Enfield, Redditch. Our Acting Senior Care Assistants play a vital role in residents’ daily lives, offering the same kindness and compassion you would give your own loved ones.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support residents with all aspects of daily living
  • Provide emotional and practical care
  • Promote dignity, independence, and happiness

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Care (essential)
  • Previous care experience (essential)
  • Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills

Nice to have:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Care
  • Previous Senior Care experience
