Acting Senior Care Assistant Nights

• Provide compassionate, person-centred care in line with residents' care plans
• Supervise and support care staff to deliver excellent standards of care
• Administer medication safely and accurately
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any changes promptly
• Maintain accurate care records and uphold confidentiality
• Liaise with healthcare professionals and families
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and infection control standards

• Previous experience in a senior care role
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
• Confident in leading a team and administering medication
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional

Care home experience

• £13.39 per hour
