Job Responsibility

  • Helping to source new opportunities for the company
  • Underwriting: build and refine financial models to evaluate acquisitions, dispositions, operations, and financing
  • Market Analysis & Investment Memoranda: conduct in-depth research on market and submarket trends to inform investment decisions and prepare compelling investment memoranda
  • Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential properties through direct research and market analysis
  • Cultivate relationships with brokers, property owners, and industry stakeholders
  • Manage and track the acquisition pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities
