We are seeking an Acquisition Associate to help grow our portfolio of grocery-anchored shopping centers across the country. In this role, you’ll be on the front line of value creation—driving financial modeling for acquisitions, dispositions, operations, and more as we expand our portfolio. Job Responsibility:

  • Helping to source new opportunities for the company
  • Underwriting: build and refine financial models to evaluate acquisitions, dispositions, operations, and financing
  • Market Analysis & Investment Memoranda: conduct in-depth research on market and submarket trends to inform investment decisions and prepare compelling investment memoranda
  • Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential properties through direct research and market analysis
  • Cultivate relationships with brokers, property owners, and industry stakeholders
  • Manage and track the acquisition pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities
