Job Responsibility:
Proactively collaborate with Mission Partners, Sponsor Leadership, and functional teams at all levels to ensure timely handling of acquisition actions and foster effective communication
Coordinate the review and approval of RFP documentation through the acquisition lifecycle
Participate in developing acquisition plans, source selection documents (including evaluation criteria), Independent Government Cost Estimates, justifications and approvals, synopses, and requests for proposals/quotes/bids
Assist with the development of pre-award technical documentation (solicitation, SOW, Technical Evaluation Plan (TEP) and Technical Evaluation Report)
Document and track detailed actions/steps executed throughout the acquisition lifecycle
Provide daily support to triage, prepare, facilitate, and administer acquisition actions managed through the customer's organization
Assist the customer in developing acquisition strategies, work statements, evaluation plans, and qualify vendor candidates
Involved through the entire acquisition life cycle, from pre-award planning through solicitation preparation, contract award, contract administration and contract close-out
Requirements:
Requires 10-12 years with BS/BA or 8-10 years with MS/MA or 5-7 years with Ph.D.
Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI with Poly
Experience updating Statement of Work (SOW)
Experience with providing cost estimate
Experience with generating Justification and Approval (J&A)
Experience with generating Determination and Findings (D&F)
Understanding of the intelligence community and customer domain
Strong focus on core systems engineering and/or acquisition processes in support of end-to-end mission and services closure
Nice to have:
Ability to work for specific IC customer and familiarity with that customer’s processes and organization
Familiarity with overall GEOINT ground customer, technical familiarity with mission control and/or processing of one or more GEOINT systems, including sensor knowledge
