Job Responsibility
Manage a team of up to 15 outsourced sales agents to achieve key targets, including net additions, voice points, solutions, and accounts
Plan and distribute sales activities across territories to maximize opportunities, grow market share, and increase year-on-year sales
Collaborate with key stakeholders (Marketing, Activation, and project owners) to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects
Encourage innovation within the team by identifying and supporting new ideas that improve performance
Reduce and resolve customer complaints while maintaining high sales quality standards (93% by Month 3, 85% by Month 6, and keeping 'no network' cases below 7%)
Train and develop the team to represent Vodafone effectively and support the Digital #1 strategy
Deliver an exceptional customer experience to achieve top Net Promoter Score (NPS) for acquired accounts
