Job Description:

Hang Seng Bank is seeking a high-caliber professional to join as an Acquisition Relationship Officer. The role involves prospecting and visiting potential clients, performing telemarketing calls, and conducting sales activities to expand the customer base. The candidate will also provide phone banking services and handle customer inquiries, with strong support for career development in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Prospect and visit the target / potential customers for the expansion of our personal financial services
Perform telemarketing calls and channel development for exploring new customers
Conduct outreaching sales activities such as seminar and channel promotions for increasing customer base
Provide quality phone banking services and handle customer enquiries

Requirements:

College’s degree or above
1-2 years' experience in sales or marketing, preferably gained in foreign banks
Strong customer service orientation
out-going and aggressive personality
good communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
