Job Description:

This role supports Red Team reviews by evaluating solicitation packages for compliance with Federal, DHS, and USCG acquisition policies. The ideal candidate brings strong policy expertise and attention to detail.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review draft solicitations for regulatory and policy compliance
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and compliance risks
  • Provide written recommendations for corrective action
  • Support lessons learned development and process improvements
  • Contribute to consolidated review reports and findings matrices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of Federal acquisition or acquisition policy experience
  • Demonstrated experience with DHS, DoD, or civilian agency acquisition regulations
  • Experience reviewing acquisition documentation preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Nice to have:

  • Master's degree preferred
  • DAWIA Level II or III
  • Experience with MSAM, NMAP, HSAM, or FAR based solicitations
  • Strong technical writing skills
