Job Description

Our client is building the first entertainment-first, AI-native, creator-powered casino in iGaming. We’re hiring an Acquisition Director to lead growth across Sweeps and Crypto channels, owning creators, paid media, affiliates, lifecycle, content, and AI-driven personalization. You will architect a dual-engine growth model — Creator Acquisition Engine plus Performance and Traditional Casino Acquisition and retention — driving traffic, FTDs, retention, and cultural relevance. This is not a traditional casino role: you will close high-impact deals with top influencers, streamers, creator collectives, and VIP talent, and scale global acquisition at startup speed. You will partner with Product, AI, Data, and Operations to align strategy and execution, while leading a high-performing team across acquisition, creators, content, and lifecycle. You will be measured on growth metrics, ROI from partnerships, and retention improvements. This remote, global opportunity lets you work from anywhere as you help shape the next era of entertainment-led gaming.

Job Responsibility

  • Creator & Cultural Acquisition — Build and scale the Creator Acquisition Engine
  • negotiate and manage high-value partnerships with influencers, streamers, and global VIPs
  • launch Creator Rooms, missions, challenges, and content loops
  • drive entertainment-led storytelling
  • Multi-Channel Acquisition — Own paid media, SEO, affiliates, influencers, and content distribution
  • expand affiliate partnerships
  • build CAC-to-LTV models, attribution, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks
  • forecast, budget, and scale traffic while staying compliant
  • Retention, Lifecycle & AI Personalization — Leverage AI-powered missions, predictive bonuses, VIP personalization, and churn prevention
  • partner with Product/AI/Data to improve onboarding, activation, and retention
  • oversee CRM, segmentation, promotions, and VIP funnels
  • Leadership — Hire, mentor, and scale cross-functional teams
  • partner with Product, Engineering, AI, and Operations to align strategy and execution

Requirements

  • 8+ years in crypto casino, iGaming, or high-scale acquisition
  • proven ROI from influencer/streamer/VIP deals
  • startup experience
  • strong multi-channel expertise
  • data-driven CAC/LTV modeling
  • leadership experience
  • familiarity with CRM and BI tools
  • global market knowledge

What we offer

  • working with a bold startup backed by entertainment talent
  • shaping the industry’s first creator-powered casino with AI personalization
  • leading growth across two engines that combine stable cash flow with high-margin global scale
