Job Description

Join us as an Acquisition Commercial Manager, where you will be responsible for developing the financial plan and executing strategies to deliver against it by influencing the key commercial drivers. In this role, you will lead channel performance optimisation, manage strategic partnerships within the business and externally including aggregators, enhance customer acquisition strategies, and continuously improve digital journeys. You will own the end-to-end trading plan, developing and refining trading strategies to ensure alignment across products, customer segments, and channels, while delivering great commercial performance and assessing customer impact metrics.

Requirements

  • Experience in financial services or a regulated environment, with an understanding of regulatory expectations and governance requirements - preferably in credit cards or unsecured personal loans
  • Solid commercial and financial acumen and natural curiosity with the ability to translate strategy into sustainable financial performance
  • Strategic thinking, with a proven ability to develop, assess, and adapt acquisition strategies in a dynamic environment
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, using insight and data to drive performance and decision-making
  • Customer-centric mindset, embedding customer outcomes and experience considerations into commercial decision-making
  • Sound understanding of policy and regulation, with the ability to operate compliantly within a regulated financial services environment
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management capabilities, enabling effective collaboration across senior internal and external stakeholders
