Job Description

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking an Acquisition Analyst in Huntsville. The position performs duties in various areas of acquisition management. Works both procedural and technical aspects involving methods, procedures, principles, theories, and techniques used in the acquisition program area. Provides acquisition advice to functional area technical experts on contractual matters based on a working knowledge of acquisition regulations and policy.

Job Responsibility

  • Works as an independent member of the acquisition workforce in the planning and contracting functional areas
  • Conducts assessments and prepares reports for Government officials, indicating program operations and objectives
  • Evaluates changes and recommends solutions to problems discovered through analysis
  • Develops support strategies and performs research of source documents
  • Analyzes information and data to assess progress of programs, projects, and processes
  • Gathers and coordinates documents and requirements
  • Reviews and analyzes documents associated with contract requirement packages and provides feedback to Government Project Leads to clarify requirements
  • Communicates and coordinates with Government Project Leads in support of the organization
