The desired candidate should be capable of working detailed information in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Incorporating and updating status information into government systems in a fast-paced environments
  • Working understanding of working within virtual environments
  • Working extensively with Excel, knowledge of pulling detailed reports, and ability to explain reports to upper management
  • Work and produce independently with little supervision
  • Manipulate and update schedules and meetings in Outlook.

Requirements

  • Degree Required
  • Must have experience ten years' experience working at a high level with MDA and/or government environment
  • Prepare briefings and correspondence in response to internal taskings and external RFIs
  • Capable of leading and executing tasks associated with MDA specific software
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and interacting on a daily basis with high level DoD Officials
  • Demonstrated MS Office skills, excellent Excel and PowerPoint knowledge and relational database tools for data management (and reporting) are required
  • SECRET or greater Security Clearance.

Nice to have

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in Department of Defense and/or MDA Programs
  • Knowledge and experience in acquisition, procurement, and contracting highly desirable

  • Interpret MDA acquisition guidance to support acquisition planning and MDS program integration
  • Prepare planning documents to coordinate integrated acquisition strategies within the MDS and OGA partners
  • Develop reports, information papers, decision papers, and briefings for senior leadership and external stakeholder leadership
  • Support and interact on a daily basis with high-level DoD Officials (O-6 and above, GS-15/NH-4 equivalent), sitting on-site with the DoD Program Office, and have the ability to deliver products successfully in a fast-paced environment (on demand)
