Job Description:

We are seeking an ACD level, multidisciplinary Designer, who is a leader and brings a great work ethic, and passion for great design to every project. The right candidate will fit in seamlessly to the team, and be comfortable flexing their skillset and experience across a wide range of clients, specifically in the beauty/aesthetics and health/wellness spaces. You’ll lead the creation of brand identities and systems, elevate campaign work, executing design across mixed media, including: digital campaigns, social content, emails, websites, sales/marketing materials, CTV, packaging, presentations, pitches, etc.

Job Responsibility:

  • Bring thoughtful, skilled, and conceptually strong designs for a range of clients—especially in the beauty/aesthetics and health/wellness spaces
  • Design across digital and traditional media (CTV, digital, social, email, websites, print, OOH, etc.)
  • Evolve existing brand systems or build new ones from the ground up
  • Work with our ECD to elevate and maintain a high standard of quality work for Moontide, and our clients
  • Ability to work on and manage several projects at any given time

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience in a design firm, agency or brand-side creative team
  • A great portfolio showcasing range and taste in brand design, layouts, typography, color, and understanding of a brand's visual tone and voice
  • Expert in creative suite platforms: Figma, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) and Google (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
  • Understanding of both the traditional and digital media process
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Being detail oriented, resourceful and self-motivated
  • “Owning it,” which means gracefully solving whatever problems or challenges present themselves without having to be asked
  • Ability to work well independently and with team members
